What Youll Do
Mechanical Systems Leadership
- Lead comprehensive maintenance and repair of all drilling equipment including draw works rotary tables mud pumps and BOP systems
- Supervise and optimize engine room operations diesel generators and power transmission systems
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for critical drilling machinery and auxiliary equipment
- Manage hydraulic systems air compressors and heavy-duty mechanical components
Operations & Equipment Management
- Streamline maintenance processes to support continuous drilling operations and minimize downtime
- Manage workshop operations mechanical spare parts inventory and equipment procurement
- Coordinate major overhauls equipment installations and system upgrades with drilling operations
- Ensure optimal performance of cranes winches pipe handling equipment and deck machinery
Strategic Partnership & Technical Leadership
- Partner with drilling supervisors on equipment readiness and mechanical system requirements
- Provide mechanical expertise and technical insights for operational decision-making
- Support drilling operations through proactive equipment monitoring and reliability management
- Lead mechanical safety initiatives and equipment performance optimization programs

Requirements
Who You Are
- 4 years of heavy industrial mechanical experience preferably in offshore drilling or marine environments
- Proven track record in diesel engine maintenance hydraulic systems and heavy machinery operations
- Strong understanding of mechanical safety protocols equipment compliance and offshore regulations
What You Bring
- Technical certification in Heavy Equipment Mechanics Marine Engineering or related field
- Expertise in diesel engines hydraulic systems and power transmission equipment
- Advanced knowledge of welding fabrication and precision machining techniques
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical systems
- Valid offshore survival certification (BOSIET/HUET) and medical certificate for offshore work
