Business Development Identify engage and secure new clients through networking referrals and proactive outreach.

End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment process including role briefing candidate sourcing screening interviewing and negotiating offers.
Talent Sourcing Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn job boards databases headhunting) to identify top talent.
Placement & Follow-Up Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain post-placement relationships with both clients and candidates.
Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor activities.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement and revenue targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-driven organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
