Get to know the role
The Senior Manager Workplace Technology leads the strategy and operations for deploying workplace technologies across Grab offices. This includes developing a best-in-class workplace technology roadmap and ensuring all systems are secure scalable and aligned with business goals. The role covers a range of technologies such as physical security systems AV solutions and IOTs. The ideal candidate will drive innovation to enhance employee experience increase operational efficiency and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. You will be reporting to the Head of Corporate IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Manager: Drive the product roadmap and workplace technology strategy in partnership with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Focus on AI-first solutions that support business goals with emphasis on security compliance and scalability.
- Technology Management: Oversee the deployment configuration and maintenance of workplace technologies including physical security systems environmental sensors AV solutions and automation tools for building systems.
- Operations & Infrastructure Management: Lead a team to manage end-to-end workplace technology operations including budget planning asset lifecycle management service delivery and support for platforms owned by the department.
- Vendor Management: Manage technology vendors to ensure high-quality support and service delivery in alignment with defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all workplace technologies adhere to local regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Lead continuous improvement in workplace technology and security by leveraging emerging technologies to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- People Manager: Manage a high-performing team by assessing capacity and skills aligning resources to business needs and partnering with HR and leadership to support staffing decisions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise or digital architecture with a strong focus on workplace technology systems.
- Knowledge in physical security technologies AV/VC systems and IoT sensor networks.
- Fundamental understanding of automation technologies (Workato UiPath Knime etc.) and AI technologies (Gemini OpenAI etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services across AWS Azure and GCP..
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders backed by strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership and sound decision-making capabilities in managing complex security infrastructures high-tech office systems and forward-thinking workplace innovations.
- Occasional travel may be required to support office locations.
