Job Description
- Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all MUDAH AUTO products and services. Confidently explain features benefits and options to customers ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into successful sales by acting as a motor vehicle specialist. Use your in-depth knowledge to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
- Customer Consultation: Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles that align with their lifestyle preferences and budget. Negotiate final sale prices to achieve a win-win outcome.
- Effective Communication: Engage with customers across multiple channels including email phone WhatsApp and in-person meetings delivering a seamless and professional experience.
- Sales Support: Arrange test drives handle necessary paperwork and assist customers with vehicle registrations and deliveries to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction process.
- Marketing and Outreach: Leverage social media platforms like Instagram Facebook and TikTok to promote vehicles and reach potential customers. Manage a sales database to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Recon Car Transactions: Handle transactions involving reconditioned (recon) cars with precision and care ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Automotive Sales: At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry preferably in Johor.
- Understanding of the Secondhand Car Market: Familiarity with trends and pricing in the pre-owned vehicle sector.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with customers build rapport and deliver excellent service.
- Deal-Closing Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for closing deals and achieving targets.
- Passion for Cars: Were looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about automobiles and committed to helping customers find their perfect match.
- Location Availability: Must be able to work in Johor.
- Immediate Availability: Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
