Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product quality meets industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Utilize ERP systems for tracking and managing inventory and quality control data
- Communicate and document quality control procedures and findings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Certification in Quality Control or related field is a plus

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing Proven expertise in sheet metal fabrication Strong knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles Proficiency in inventory control and optimization Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Experience in providing data-driven reporting to support production optimization Proficient in production planning, manpower management, and output tracking.
