Job Description

About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate agency dedicated to delivering exceptional property services to our clients. As we expand were looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support our people strategy ensure compliance and foster a high-performance culture across our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agencys business goals and growth plans.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract talent including sales agents and administrative staff.

  • Coordinate onboarding orientation and training to integrate new hires effectively into our fast-paced real estate environment.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws industry-specific regulations and internal HR policies.

  • Resolve employee relations matters with a balanced solutions-focused approach.

  • Administer payroll inputs compensation structures and employee benefits packages.

  • Regularly assess and refine HR policies and practices to meet the evolving needs of a growing real estate firm.

  • Lead performance reviews feedback cycles and employee development plans.

  • Champion workplace diversity equity and inclusion within the agency.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership on headcount attrition and compliance metrics.

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching to team leaders and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • Previous HR experience ideally within real estate sales-driven or client-facing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
