As we expand were looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support our people strategy ensure compliance and foster a high-performance culture across our offices.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the agencys business goals and growth plans.
Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract talent including sales agents and administrative staff.
Coordinate onboarding orientation and training to integrate new hires effectively into our fast-paced real estate environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws industry-specific regulations and internal HR policies.
Resolve employee relations matters with a balanced solutions-focused approach.
Administer payroll inputs compensation structures and employee benefits packages.
Regularly assess and refine HR policies and practices to meet the evolving needs of a growing real estate firm.
Lead performance reviews feedback cycles and employee development plans.
Champion workplace diversity equity and inclusion within the agency.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for leadership on headcount attrition and compliance metrics.
Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching to team leaders and staff.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Previous HR experience ideally within real estate sales-driven or client-facing environments.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
