You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing leads and closing deals to expand the customer base.
Generate leads through cold calls emails social media and networking.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
Schedule meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.
Follow up on leads and close business deals.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
1 year of experience in Business Development Sales or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of sales tools (e.g. CRM software).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Experience in specific industry e.g. B2B SaaS EdTech etc.
Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
