Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (1 Year Experience)

Location: kharadi pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 Year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to help drive company growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing leads and closing deals to expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calls emails social media and networking.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.

  • Follow up on leads and close business deals.

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • 1 year of experience in Business Development Sales or related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Basic understanding of sales tools (e.g. CRM software).

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Preferred:

  • Experience in specific industry e.g. B2B SaaS EdTech etc.

  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.

  • Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
