In charge of the operational and site management aspects of environmental health safety and sustainability/ESG strategies. Also accountable for executing Bosch global requirements and adhering rigorously to Bosch Sustainability Vision and EHS policy in day to day operations promptly reporting any deviations to management on a daily basis. Ensure comprehensive evaluation of all risks related to safety health environment chemicals emergencies etc. and implement necessary controls for mitigation. Maintain zero tolerance for breaches in legal compliance and incidents. Maintaining compliance with ISO standards Integrated Management System (14k 45k 50k 41k) is essential.
Adhere to HSE and ESG vision of Bosch and Bosch Sustainability/EHS policy EMS & OHSAS
Review and report - Compliance and Risk Management (Internal Process and External Audit)Lab audit Machinery Safety release Internal audit External audit Process audit vendor audit
Stakeholder Engagement and Communications (Collaboration both internal and external stakeholders CFTs Change management and awareness communications
Employee Training and Awareness (Environmental Health Safety Sustainability)
Take up New initiatives (New Projects Digital Process streamlining Team engagement during events/special days and department administration work
Present fortnightly OPL review of all Environmental Health & Safety topics incl Enablon data reporting on energy water waste spend emissions incidents risk CSR etc on monthly basis.
Overall Incident Response and Investigation
Conduct Mock drill and establish Emergency Response Team
Adhere to HSE/ESG calendar and present the status update
Own the Site inspection and work permit monitoring
Attending cross functional calls and meet business leaders on EHS and Sustainability topics
Streamlining workforce process getting things set right at functional level
New project discussions and reviews
Support Saas tool - Paperless and minimal manual intervention in all types of audit
Support One HSE tool dashboard and to deploy existing HSE tool to suit BGSW needs
Support towards ESG webpage and tool to track E parameters
Own and Implement training tool - Ergonomics first Aid & Basic Firefighting etc
Standardization of all SOP documents forms checklist and procedures across BGSW
Fill process gap by introducing favorable policies in all FCM vertical where there is a cross functional team dependencies
Release calendar at the start of year for Audits (All) HIRA&AI assessment Training Mock drill
IFM vendor SLA review and process check
Weekly Articles and news letters and creating employee awareness and engagement through micro groups at org level.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: BE/B-TECH
Experience : 12 yrs
Mandatory/requires Skills : ISO and Safety certification
Preferred Skills : IFM background
