The clever brain behind the scenes! Thanks to your excellent organisational skills you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One. Your duties will also include the following:
- Preparing weekly monthly and annual statements in accordance with controlling guidelines
- Preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports
- Oversee day to day accounting tasks.
- Office management incl. invoicing petty cash ordering office materials reimbursing travel expenses
- Taking and processing bookings and checking in guests at peak times
Qualifications :
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have completed a commercial or accounting apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in in a similar administrative or accounting role
- Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service
- Strong communication skills and a solid command of English both written and spoken
- Confident team player willing to support colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals together.
- Proficient with common office software (e.g. MS Office SAP accounting software Futurelog)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Reliable punctual and with a positive can do attitude
