Job Description
DPR Construction is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a construction accounting background to evaluate the financial risk of subcontractors for our centralized prequalification team in Phoenix AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze subcontractor financial statements and supporting documentation to assess prequalification status.
- Evaluate the financial risk of subcontractors on assigned projects.
- Develop monitor and report on key team metrics.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field
- 5-7 years of construction accounting experience
- CPA or CCIFP a plus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to analyze issues and apply critical thinking
- Demonstrate experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Flexible and adaptable; Team player
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
