Purpose/General Summary: During this 10-week summer internship you will use your unique perspective and knowledge to help us find operational gaps and improve process efficiency in a way that makes a genuine mark on our business. Responsibilities:
- Will provide support to the maintenance team.
- Help the team that engages in maintaining and repairing equipment structures utility systems buildings and grounds.
- May help establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
- Learn from the team that maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Requisitions tools equipment and supplies.
- Shadow training programs to ensure proper operations preventive maintenance and repairequipmentprograms and procedures; all while adhering to the highest safety expectations.
- Complete and present a project related to issues within the maintenance department.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled in four-year university or pursuing a bachelors degree
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation:
- $21/hour with $2500 relocation stipend
