The Opportunity
We are looking for a buyer at Hitachi Energy Grid Integration Division in an international environment and with development possibilities in the SCM area. The location is in Madrid.
How youll make an impact
- Manages and leads the SCM scope of customer projects. Responsible for the budget and time schedule.
- Owns the full scope from an escalation and problem solving aspect.
- Performs work associated with coordinating negotiating and administering procurement proposals bids and contracts with suppliers/contractors including: Coordinating preparation of contract and bid documents ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process.
- Collecting and analyzing technical financial and legal information as input to contract and bid documents.
- Liaising with applicable technical finance or legal teams on matters requiring review.
- Documenting performance and service level agreements and monitoring vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.
Your background
- Technical Engineer or FP H. Technician electrical installations
- At least 5 years of experience in SCM (projects not factories/retail)
- Experience in contract management (subcontractors)
- Languages: English and Spanish at high level. French will be considered as a plus.
