Job Description
Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project/Task Manager on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design engineering procurement implementation operations sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains at multiple locations worldwide to support the IC mission.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the lifecycle of an assigned project from initiation through closure maintaining communication between all involved parties.
- Typically supervises assigned staff may include subordinate supervisors and managers.
- Develops technical project plans proposals reports and administrative reporting.
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
- Mitigates risks and potential roadblocks to the project.
- Attends and hosts customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
- Interacts with vendors other agencies subcontractors and other client staff on behalf of the client.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent plus.
- 5 years of related work experience.
Desired Skills:
- Must have the ability to manage a medium to large team or department focused on multiple areas w/ medium to high complexity.
- Experience working in/with government organizations.
