Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and BRM teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals including timelines budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding Delivery Managers aligning them with new project requirements.
- Guide project timelines and sprint planning while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate architecture design approvals by coordinating with enterprise architects security teams and other relevant parties.
- Deliver regular project status updates to business and technology leadership.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis for potential COTS solutions leveraging Business Analyst expertise.
- Monitor project budgets and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure project scope and timelines are met coordinating with stakeholders for successful releases.
- Utilize strong technical and business acumen to effectively communicate the value and requirements of applications within the scope of work.
- Drive continuous process improvement through collaborative learning and project experiences.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
Education Required:
- Minimum of bachelors degree required.
