Job Description
Now Hiring: CNC Operator Temp-to-Hire 4-Day Workweek!
Schedule: MondayThursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay: $18/hr Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Carson City
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Monitor machining operations for accuracy and consistency
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Prior CNC machine operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and use calipers micrometers etc.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Dependable safety-minded and eager to learn
