The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform a variety of functions including processing purchase orders check payments and invoices. Additional responsibilities include continuous evaluation of current processes and
recommendations for improvements account reconciliations and support for audits.

- Location:Scottsdale AZ Onsite 5 days 1st 2 weeks for training Hybrid Post Training 3 days onsite (M-W) 2 days remote (Th & F)
Background Profile:
- Associates degree required OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience performing Accounts Payable functions including processing purchase orders check payments and invoices
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles preferred
- Proficiency MS Office particularly Excel required
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You would describe yourself as a Self-Starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels within an organization
- You thrive working in a dynamic fast-paced & ever-changing environment and are Self-Motivated while executing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card status to be considered for this position
