Job Description

Position

Quantity Surveyor

Location

  • Chagai Balochistan

Qualification

  • BSc/ or Diploma in Quantity Surveying Engineering or Mining Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles cost estimation and contract administration.
  • Certification from Institute of Quantity Surveyors Pakistan (IQSP) (Mandatory).
  • International recognition from RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) (Preferred).
  • FIDIC Certification (Advantageous for contract management expertise).
  • Proficiency in BOQs cost control tendering and project budgeting.
  • Experience in handling construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantity surveys and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs).
  • Estimate costs and prepare cost plans for the project.
  • Measure and calculate earthworks quantities.
  • Prepare and manage contracts including FIDIC contracts.
  • Analyze and report on project costs and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs and quantities.
