The Marketing Specialist 2 works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communications with guidance from the Vice Presidents of Enrollment Management and Institutional Advancement in a manner that complements the Universitys overall Marketing and Communications efforts. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a Marketing Strategic Plan with supporting policies and procedures and helping coordinate all internal and external Marketing activities. #CB
ResponsibilitiesJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mission Alignment
- Actively engages the Catholic and Franciscan mission and identity of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University by modeling the Franciscan values honoring the legacy of the founding congregation promoting justice for the communities we serve and integrating the Catholic and Franciscan intellectual traditions in courses programs and services
- Develop and Execute Marketing Materials
- Design or provide art direction for print and digital marketing collateral including brochures ads posters forms and promotional items
- Manage Digital Content Strategy
- Aid in managing a cohesive Digital Content Plan that aligns with Enrollment and Advancement goals ensuring consistency across web e-mail and social media platforms
- Manage Social Media Presence
- Oversee all University social media accounts and make sure that they are all within brand-standard
- Help Lead Strategic Marketing Planning
- Help to maintain a comprehensive Marketing Strategic Plan including policies procedures and campaign tracking
- Coordinate Internal and External Marketing Communications
- Work cross-functionally with Departments to support and align Marketing strategies and materials with institutional goals
- Track and Report Marketing Campaign Performance
- Monitor campaign results and provide monthly reports on effectiveness across all channels
- Serve as University Photographer and Videographer
- Capture and manage photography and videography for University events for Marketing purposes
- Support Departmental Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and other Departments to facilitate smooth Marking communication and delivery service
- Maintain Marketing Asset Organization
- Manage digital assets including photography and video libraries ensuring accessibility and consistency across projects
- Additional Duties as Assigned
- Supports various programs events and administrative tasks aimed at fulfilling institutional goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsEXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years of experience in a Marketing field
EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Graphic Designs or Graphics/Marketing certification
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Graphic Desing Photography multi-tasking ability to prioritize tasks
