What Youll Do:
As the Warehouse Supervisor you will lead manage and coordinate the warehouse activities to ensure customer expectations and On-time Complete and Error-free business goals are met.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Reviews prepares and prints orders for the team to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Creates delivery orders (DOL) for shipments to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Coordinates shipping deliveries and pickups efficiently.
- Leads mentors and schedules the team to ensure appropriate resources.
- Collaborates with logistics and companies to resolve issues at the hub to ensure timely pickups.
- Communicates with the sales team regarding tracking issues as needed.
- Notifies customers of any product shortages and forecasted shipment dates expediting where possible.
- Ensures all scheduled pickups are loaded properly coordinating with team as needed.
- Ensures safety protocols are followed and OSHA standards are maintained ensuring full compliance.
- Monitors manages and reports KPIs within the area ensuring departmental goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required. Associates degree in Logistics or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience: 2 years of warehouse supervision experience within a manufacturing environment. (will train the right person with great work ethic and energy)
- Certification(s): n/a
- Functional Skills: Strong planning organization prioritization skills and ability to multi-task multiple projects timely and efficiently. Strong math analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills are also required for this role. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up is key. Experience with structured processes to enhance current processes along the way.
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Solid Microsoft Office Skillset.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Continuous process improvement mindset and safety oriented with the ability to mentor train collaborate and lead others by example is important for this role. Strong work ethic good decision-making capabilities excellent initiative and the ability to work well with others is also needed. Ownership of processes self-reliance and self-motivation are also critical for this role. Ability to adapt to changing environments quickly provide consistency and being resourceful is also important.

Other Important Information:
Position Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.
Reports To: General Manager
Core Hours: 7:30 am 4:00 pm
Typical Work Week: M-F; some weekends or OT required (when applicable) 40-45 Hours per week
