Job Title:Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Manager of Warehousing
Location: New Mexico Various
OVERVIEW
A Warehouse Associate provides support to Surface and Underground warehouses to supply materials to site operations. This position requires organizational skills time management and attention to detail.
JOB DUTIES
- Receive materials into stock and mark items using identification tags and stock codes to accurately manage inventory records
- Assist internal employees and departments with finding parts and products and prepare & ship repair items (tires motors etc.) as needed
- Follow up on discrepancies with suppliers
- Load and unload trucks using various equipment tool and transport shipment to appropriate area via forklift
- Maintain a variety of operational functions including but not limited to: fuel management at site locations safety records warehouse vehicles and equipment etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum one (1) year of applicable work experience required 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- 1-2 years forklift experience preferred
- Ability to operate computer programs including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook and ERP System (Ellipse)
- Basic mathematical skills

SCHEDULE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
9/80 schedule Monday Thursday (6 a.m. 3:30 p.m.) Fridays worked (6 a.m. 2:30 p.m.) with every other Friday off. Every week will have required overtime based on needs of the warehouse (hours vary). Schedule subject to change.
- Outdoors in a non-temperature controlled environment and subject to weather conditions
- Exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels
Employees are required to wear safety attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing walking sitting talking or hearing making visual inspections making precise hand and finger movements twisting stooping crouching kneeling reaching or grasping
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push and/or pull up to 50 lbs. 2/3 of the time. Must be able to lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs. up to 1/3 of the time
- Must be able to climb stairs and/or ladders and potentially work at heights perceive color differences
- Will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed and engage in strenuous physical activity
A pre-placement physical and hair follicle drug test will be required for anyone selected for this opportunity. Placement into the position will not be made until the results are received and cleared by Intrepid.
