Job Description

Thank you for your interest in being a Volunteer Coach with the Scottsdale Unified School District #48!

USE YOUR FULL LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME WHEN APPLYING provide the name used on your submitted application to the school(s) to ensure prompt processing of your application.

Requirements:

Volunteer Coaches must be at least21 years of age.

Volunteer Coaches are required to complete a Criminal Background Affidavit submit to a Background Check AND provide an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) OR receive a one-time printing by the District.

Volunteer Coaches mustobtain the following certifications:

NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching

NFHS Concussion in Sports

NFHSFirst Aid Health and Safety Certificate/CPR (preferred)

NFHS Cheer and Dance Safety Certification (High SchoolCheer/Pom/Spirit Line only)
