Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
What will you do
- Reporting & Analytics dashboards
- Network Study for right sourcing FG warehouses and loaner rooms
- Managing RFPs for new warehouse setup
- Pricing science and driving within technical services
- Process excellence in Mako Ops Demo Equipment Management & PLCM
- End to end evaluation of Customer Service Operations
- Define & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service Operations
- Make BO organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance
- Develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals Lean Analytics Advanced Excel & PBI JDE & Demantra
What you need
- MBA with 3 years of experience in supply chain or operations
- Supreme analytical & problem solving skills & customer Centric Mindset
- Skilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plus
- Program or project management experience is desirable
