As the Account Manager for the Americas you will drive revenue growth from an assigned portfolio of Oxford Analytica and Dragonfly clients with a primary focus on retention renewals and expansion. You will be accountable for delivering renewal success strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Working closely with the Head of GRI Sales you will execute targeted strategies to maximise both gross and net retention. Collaboration with Client Success teams and Business Development Managers will be essential to achieving your objectives.
You Will
Manage a book of business allocated by the Head of GRI Sales securing renewals and upsell opportunities within your geographical territory
Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients understanding their objectives challenges and opportunities for expansion
Execute comprehensive account strategies for your portfolio to maximise both gross retention and net retention in line with growth objectives
Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase client value
Collaborate with Client Success and Business Development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Report regularly on account performance risks and growth opportunities
You Have
Bachelors degree in Business Economics a related field or relevant professional experience (preferred)
Demonstrable account management experience ideally within the geopolitical or market intelligence sectors
A proven track record of managing key client accounts and achieving revenue growth
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand industry and market trends
Excellent relationship-building negotiation and communication skills
A results-driven proactive and consultative approach to client engagement
