As Market Procurement Manageryou are responsible forshaping advanced category strategies and policies to drive significant competitive advantages and align with overarching business goalsmanaginga $35M portfolio ofstrategic supplier accounts.

Your role:

  • Leads advanced category strategies and aligns them with business goals to deliver competitive advantages working under limited supervision.

  • Drivesprocurement processes including RFx contract negotiations and supplier performance management aiming for cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.

  • Initiatesstrategic initiatives using data analytics and market insights to optimize operations reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve profitability.

  • Develops metrics for supplier evaluations implements corrective actions and ensures compliance with quality standards while adapting to new technologies and practices.

  • Analyzes market dynamics to identify sourcing opportunities collaborates with procurement teams on business opportunities and negotiates favorable contracts to enhance strategic objectives.

Youre the right fit if:

  • You posses a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Procurement Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

  • You have 5 years of experience with Bachelors OR 3 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Category Management Market Analysis Supplier Negotiations and Portfolio Optimization or equivalent.

  • Your skills include understanding of category management Supplier Performance Management and Supplier Performance Management.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an in office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville TN from $ 114000.00 anually to $ 182400.00 anually.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program which includes a generous PTO 401k (up to 7% match) HSA (with company contribution) stock purchase plan education reimbursement and much more. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
