Position Summary
As a Personal Care Aide youll provide hands-on assistance with daily activities that help clients remainsafe healthy and comfortable at home. What Youll Do
- Assist with bathing grooming dressing toileting and personal hygiene
- Support safe mobility transfers and ambulation (inside and outside the home)
- Help clients with exercises or therapy activities as directed
- Monitor and report changes in condition or concerns to supervisors
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere toHIPAA requirements
- Document care provided in our agency system (AxisCare)

What Were Looking For
- Age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Nurse aide training preferably with currentCNA certification
- Priorcaregiving experience (family or professional) strongly preferred
- CPR certification (American Heart Association) or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of safe transfer techniques and personal care best practices
- Physical ability to lift bend and support clients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion patience and cultural sensitivity
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (if required for assignments)
- Ability to pass background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR 11-700)
