Role summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer to join our Global Technology Integration team in Petah Tikva Israel. This role bridges the gap between our clients and internal technical teams ensuring the successful integration and adoption of Payoneers APIs and services. Youll support pre-sales efforts lead integration projects provide ongoing technical guidance and serve as the API subject matter expert throughout the client lifecycle.

What youll do
- Serve as a key technical contact for client API integrations migrations and certifications
- Deliver integration demos and solution walkthroughs to internal and external stakeholders
- Guide clients through sandbox onboarding testing and production rollout
- Own and manage technical documentation including integration guides use cases and best practices
- Collaborate with product R&D and regional teams to define integration flows and tailor solutions
- Ensure alignment with Payoneers API guidelines contract structure and technical standards
- Perform integration testing and sign-off certification to validate production readiness
- Manage monitoring and troubleshooting of API and webhook issues using platforms like Coralogix Grafana Anodot and Dynatrace
- Support client communication regarding API updates maintenance and announcements
- Drive continuous improvements process optimization and feedback loops for integration quality
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 years in integration engineering pre-sales or technical consulting roles
- Strong command of API concepts (REST HTTP JSON XML) and integration lifecycle
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowledge of different authentications authorizations and client certificates
- Knowledge of monitoring and alert software
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
- Customer-focused with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of IT/network infrastructure and authentication mechanisms
- Familiarity with Postman Swagger and developer portal ecosystems
Nice to Have
- Experience in Payments Fintech or E-commerce industries
- Knowledge of API rate limiting certification processes and webhooks
- Hands-on with scripting languages (Python PHP) or HTML
- Background in account management or client-facing roles
- Experience in writing technical documentation and client-facing guides
