Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Java & AWS Developer
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java JavaScript and AWS to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-native applications modern CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments. This role requires an individual who thrives in an agile fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain robust backend services using Java.
Build responsive and dynamic front-end components using JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue preferred).
Deploy and manage applications on AWS Elastic Beanstalk EC2 and S3.
Secure application configurations and secrets using AWS IAM and Parameter Store.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and integration testing.
Work in Agile teams actively contributing to JIRA sprint planning grooming and reviews.
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for Kubernetes (K8s) deployments and troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation and promote best practices in cloud-native development.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
Experience in Java and JavaScript..
Solid experience deploying and managing applications on AWS particularly Elastic Beanstalk EC2 S3 IAM and Parameter Store.
Strong understanding of GitLab source control and CI/CD pipeline management.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using JIRA for project tracking.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Basic knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Azure services.
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like CloudWatch Prometheus or ELK stack.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
