Position Summary:
- Supervise the restaurant service period tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Let guests #playon throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be an engaging and inspiring supervisor by providing motivation and support to ourcrew
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities so crew feel part of the team.
About You:
- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
- Working rights in Australia
