Job Title: Team Member
Location: Juice It Up! - Murrieta CA
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Overview:
Juice It Up! is looking for enthusiastic energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a key part of our team you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service preparing high-quality smoothies and juices and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. If you have a passion for health and wellness and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers with menu selections providing information on ingredients and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Juicing and Smoothie Preparation:
- Prepare smoothies juices and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest level of product quality and consistency.
- Follow health and safety guidelines maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation areas.
Cashiering:
- Operate the cash register process payments and handle transactions efficiently.
- Accurately handle cash credit and gift card transactions.
- Maintain an organized and clean cashier area.
General Duties:
- Stock supplies ingredients and products as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable punctual and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
