The Assistant Premium Managers primary purpose is to oversee the daily Performance Dining operations in support of the Premium Manager. Ensure all hospitality operations and Performance Dining services are coordinated to exceed client expectations while driving initiatives to achieve profit objectives for the Performance Dining Program. This position will work closely with the Premium Manager and Executive Sous Chef to ensure the standards of service and safety guidelines are met.
The benchmarks for a successful Assistant Premium Manager are: The maintenance of all quality standards for service cleanliness and safety; employee retentions and staff development. Assist the Premium Manager in the overall front-of-house operations while exceeding client expectations through strong leadership and management skills.
The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work on a variable event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends. Flexible availability professional presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
This role pays an hourly rate of $24.00 - $26.00
