What you will do
- Meet Set KPIs as per Staff KPI Table for role
- Support the Lead Compliance and Performance to ensure (IEA) processes policies procedures and claims are compliant with contractual legal and IEA requirements. Take proactive steps to mitigate and control risks.
- Collate collect claims documentary evidence from Senior/ECs SESCs for all claims review and approve for claiming. Submit claims into DOSS ESS system for claims
- Assist in training guiding and support ECs SECs and SESCs and other team members with matters of compliance with documentary evidence for claims and DOSS guidelines
- Provide reports as required
- Ensure all IEA claims are processed on time and are compliant with the IEA Documentary Evidence Guidelines; assess compliance against fees claimed escalate non-compliance and complex claims
What you will bring
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications with relevant experience or less formal qualifications (Certificate 4 in Employment or Disability Services) with extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in the Disability sector or Human Services
- Experience working in Employment Services or related fields and the passion and drive to help clients reach their employment goals
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and client information management systems
- Effective organisational and problem-solving skills and strong attention to quality and detail
- Excellent communication time management and problem solving skills
- A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and a C class drivers license along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
- A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to Obtain if not held or expired) (check)
- Passport Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
- Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
