This really is a dream team to be a part our most recent consumer engagement surveys our current Disability Employment Services teams achieved a 100% NPS score because they are empowered to treat every client as an individual. We are dedicated to helping people with disability find meaningful careers with the right support.

What you will do

  • Meet Set KPIs as per Staff KPI Table for role
  • Support the Lead Compliance and Performance to ensure (IEA) processes policies procedures and claims are compliant with contractual legal and IEA requirements. Take proactive steps to mitigate and control risks.
  • Collate collect claims documentary evidence from Senior/ECs SESCs for all claims review and approve for claiming. Submit claims into DOSS ESS system for claims
  • Assist in training guiding and support ECs SECs and SESCs and other team members with matters of compliance with documentary evidence for claims and DOSS guidelines
  • Provide reports as required
  • Ensure all IEA claims are processed on time and are compliant with the IEA Documentary Evidence Guidelines; assess compliance against fees claimed escalate non-compliance and complex claims

What you will bring

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications with relevant experience or less formal qualifications (Certificate 4 in Employment or Disability Services) with extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in the Disability sector or Human Services
  • Experience working in Employment Services or related fields and the passion and drive to help clients reach their employment goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and client information management systems
  • Effective organisational and problem-solving skills and strong attention to quality and detail
  • Excellent communication time management and problem solving skills
  • A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driven organisation.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and a C class drivers license along with an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (willingness to Obtain if not held or expired) (check)
  • Passport Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
  • Willingness to complete a National & International Police Check (Paid by Afford)
