Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Regular cadences with client: Organise and spearhead weekly fortnightly or monthly relationship meetings and QBRs
- Sales Growth: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Identify new business within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth targets with ability to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning: Understand client business strategies and proactively propose IT solutions to address pain points and objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with delivery pre-sales and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Contract Management: Oversee renewals negotiations SLAs and compliance.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on account status and growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within IT SaaS or technology services
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field (Masters a plus)
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts in Europe
- Strong knowledge of IT services such as cloud infrastructure software development or managed services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment by turning challenges into streamlined efficient processes
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages like Dutch German will be plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe (30%)
- Prior experience working in a multicultural cross-border team
Nice to Have:
- Experience with public sector or regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare)
- Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL Agile or DevOps
