Key Responsibilities
- Conduct third-party due diligence across the KPMG Delivery Network (KDN).
- Manage and review alerts in client and third-party risk management tools.
- Maintain and update the third-party tracker ensuring accurate records.
- Liaise with stakeholders on third-party onboarding and re-evaluations.
- Use KPMG proprietary tools to identify potential independence or conflict of interest issues.
- Perform sanctions screening for client engagements and support the engagement onboarding team(s).
- Assist with knowledge management and documentation of third-party processes.
- Prepare various Quality and Risk Management (QRM) reports.
- Provide general administrative support for miscellaneous QRM tasks.
Requirements
- Preferred background: University studies/diploma
- Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
- Technical skills: Ability to identify potential problems and issues good computer skills basic knowledge in Excel PowerPoint and in Outlook is a must
- Attitude: Precision reliability client-oriented mindset and proactive personality
