Job Description
You will be leading and manages large technical projects whilst defining work strategies aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes and oversight of planning and execution of the work; ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies often working with senior management. You will also be directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs; conducting analyses needs assessments and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services; monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance and be part of release management.
- Lead large complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Defining and managing project schedules resources and delivery commitments
- Managing Scrum standup meetings
- Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
- Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
- Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target
- Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
- Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
- Infrastructure Project Experience: Proficient in managing infrastructure projects particularly in migrating from legacy to modern technologies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates excellent people skills fostering effective communication and collaboration within teams.
- Adaptability: Highly flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Possesses strong technical expertise enabling rapid comprehension of complex concepts and effective leadership in assigned engagements.
