Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive from an engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance sales credit card sales or telemarketing with strong skills in customer follow-ups and lead management.
Key Responsibilities-
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for bearings and related products.

Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the field sales team for order processing and client coordination.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Education: Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales preferably from insurance credit card or telecalling domains.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
