Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead to design develop and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves technical leadership hands-on development and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications across Sales Service and Experience Clouds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and declarative tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather and refine requirements.
- Manage integrations with third-party applications and tools.
- Oversee code reviews quality assurance and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system performance.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates features and development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex LWC Visualforce and declarative configuration.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model security model and integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering Salesforce projects end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (Application Architect a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment management.
