JOB TITLE: Inspector - Solder/CCA
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: Up to $27/hour

Summary:
-
Perform visual inspection of solder joints and conformal coatings on circuit card assemblies (CCA) following IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
-
Use drawings inspection instructions checklists and measuring devices (dial indicators preset micrometers scales etc.) to ensure compliance with manufacturing and industry specifications.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Ability to work under a microscope
-
Minimum 2 years solder/visual inspection experience on CCAs or 3 years manufacturing/soldering experience on electronic assemblies as an alternative

Minimum 1 year conformal coating experience

Detail-oriented and process-driven proficient in interpreting drawings diagrams parts lists IPC standards revision control reference documents and work instructions

Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team player

Proficient with personal computers

Able to interface diplomatically with manufacturing teams when addressing quality issues

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
