You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Principal Time Management Coordinator to join our Structural & Mechanical Maintenance Unit. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Maintenance Supervisor and Supervising Office Assistant you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative duties with a primary focus on timekeeping and payroll support.
Maintain timekeeping records complete data entry and corrections in PeopleSoft.
Manage employee schedules and static group updates.
Enter work orders and corresponding hours in Maximo.
Generate time labor overtime and comp time reports.
Track and enter annual leave accruals personal and vacation day balances.
Monitor sick leave usage and process sick bank conversions in accordance with union guidelines.
Submit temporary staff leave plan enrollments to Human Resources monthly.
Review and process petty cash vouchers for staff.
Track reimbursements for safety shoes and eyewear purchases.
Process maintenance invoices using SAP and VIM systems.
Provide cross-coverage and administrative support to other clerical staff within the unit as needed.
A minimum of two (2) years of full-time administrative work experience including experience with timekeeping and payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft and SAP
Experience supporting unionized staff and applying timekeeping policies.
Knowledge of administrative operations in a maintenance or facilities environment.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across departments and organizational levels.
