Job Description
This is a remote position.
As an Information Processing Clerk you ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity accuracy and efficiency of incoming data. You will be responsible for inputting verifying and maintaining essential records and documentation within internal systems helping to support smooth operational workflows across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data from source documents into internal databases and tracking systems.
Verify correct and enhance data for completeness and consistency.
Conduct routine audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
Organize both digital and physical filing systems as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to clarify ambiguous or missing details.
Generate basic reports and summaries in response to management requests.
Protect sensitive information by adhering to company data protection and confidentiality protocols.
Follow standardized procedures and productivity standards set by the company to ensure uniformity.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
Proven experience in a data entry information entry or similar clerical role.
Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and experience with data entry software or CRM systems.
Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
