Morgan Stanley Private Bank National Association (MSPBNA) provides banking and lending services as part of Morgan Stanleys comprehensive wealth management offering. MSPBNA includes a nationwide network of private bankers who partner with Morgan Stanley financial advisors to provide banking and lending services including mortgages securities-based loans and tailored lending.

Morgan Stanley Bank N.A. (MSBNA) is a nationally-chartered bank. MSBNA is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Morgan Stanley and is an integral part of Morgan Stanleys strategy for expansion and profitable growth in its core businesses. MSBNA is focused primarily on providing financing to large commercial borrowers headquartered throughout the world. Its lending portfolio includes short-term secured and unsecured lines of credit revolving credits and term loans.

Position Responsibilities
> Oversight of key financial operations and processes for the Banks including books and records budgets forecasts and analytical models
> Ensures completeness and accuracy of MSBNAs financial statements in accordance with GAAP
> Responsible for maintaining adequate controls over all financial reporting for the Banks
> Provides review and CFO authorization for all regulatory reporting and filings (i.e. call reports)
> Manages coordination of the Banks response to audits conducted by the Banks independent auditor (re: financial statements audits and Accounting Policy)
> Maintains high level professional relationship with bank regulator (OCC); responsible for the integrity of all MSBNA financial support provided for bank regulatory examinations
> Manages CFO responsibilities with respect to various internal controls and regulatory requirements including monitoring and reporting transactions with affiliates
> Establishes controls to ensure that contracts service level agreements and related-party transactions are appropriate and consistent with third party arms-length economic terms
> Coordinates new product integration transfer pricing economics across the Banks products and work with the management team on strategic initiatives
> Oversight of Bank Treasury to manage and monitor MSBNAs capital position and liquidity
> Partners with Credit and Market Risk oversight groups to facilitate adequate proof and control over the data feeds into risk systems and reported risk metrics
> Supervises both legal entity and product control functions with significant responsibilities for MSBNAs legal entity and financial accounting responsibilities
> Coordinates and monitors effective relationship between all Controller support groups and work provided by product CFOs that support the various business lines of the Banks

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $400000 and $400000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
