Job Description

One of Kinney Recruitings longstanding clients a global law firm based in New York is seeking a talented associate with four (4) or more years of experience to join its top-ranked Banking & Finance practice in New York or San Francisco. The team represents an exclusive roster of corporate borrowers private equity sponsors and financial institutions in complex financing transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile matters gaining exposure to a broad range of complex financial deals with some of the worlds leading companies and financial institutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in corporate finance law and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Stellar academic credentials from a nationally-ranked US law school and admission to the New York bar are accordance with New York pay equity law a good faith estimate of the base salary range is $310000 to $365000.
