Job Description
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm with offices in all 50 states has an immediate opening for a mid to senior-level attorney for its Cyber Privacy and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group. The practice involves cutting edge litigation addressing novel legal issues primarily involving data breach and technology litigation both direct and class action. Candidates must have at least 3 years of legal experience with a focus on data privacy cybersecurity and technology litigation. Law firm experience and CIPP/US certification is highly preferred.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of state-level privacy laws including the CCPA/CPRA and experience with data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation and technology/errors and omissions litigation. Candidates must possess an excellent academic background with strong writing research and communication skills and be a self-starter who is able to handle matters from inception with minimal supervision A commitment to superior client service is essential.

The yearly salary range is between $100000-$275000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
