Your assignment
- You will be based in Mexico and are responsible for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability in the online channels while taking care of the IKEA product range and our commercial priorities within the framework of the IKEA Concept and brand values.
- You do this by merchandising the IKEA website most optimally coordinating & aligning content to the commercial calendar converting online traffic to sales understanding local consumers life at home & shopping behaviour exploring avenues for repeat purchases & engagements securing a seamless online shopping experience and aligning it with the customers user journey on the IKEA website.

Your profile
- You have a passion for home furnishings e-commerce and doing the best for our customers.
- You come with experience in retail understand e-commerce operations web merchandising processes & methods are familiar with the IKEA product range (including new & seasonal) and sales steering & pricing strategies. Knowledge of online search conversion and engagement will be an added advantage.
- You have a proven track record in making commercial decisions based on local consumer behaviour and market competitor information and are motivated to overcome challenges in an effective and timely manner.
- You are resourceful able to prioritise and structure your work detail-oriented and possess excellent communication negotiation problem-solving and project management skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce functional experience in an international setup.
- Strong working proficiency in the English language.
