You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. You will provide end to end ServiceNow development solution and be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions.
You will be responsible for developing ServiceNow solutions including scripting configuration integrations and customisations. You will collaborate with business analysts user researchers and service designers to understand business requirements and translate them into iterative prototypes through to the development of final working solutions.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow applications and modules as well as providing advanced technical support by troubleshooting implementing bug fixes and conducting root cause analysis. To ensure system stability and performance you will perform regular maintenance and upgrades. You will work in accordance with agile principles and practices including participation in agile ceremonies.
Moreover you will be expected to document all technical designs specifications and knowledge transfer materials. Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop best practices for ServiceNow development is essential.
Additionally the role includes training and mentoring junior developers and staying on top of new ServiceNow features and functionalities to incorporate them into the development process.

Desirable Skills:
Holds one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certifications at an Implementation Specialist level in the following workflows:
- IT Service Management
- Hardware Asset Management
- Software Asset Management
- Service Mapping
- Customer Service Management
- Human Resources
