Job Description
Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves making a difference If you have maintenance skills and enjoy variety in your day this could be a great fit. Youll have the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. This is a full-time role however were open to part-time for the right person. On a daily basis you will:
- Maintain facilities and grounds to the highest standard always looking for ways to exceed guest expectations
- Complete daily maintenance and grounds checklists
- Follow direction from the Park Manager
What youll do:
- Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
- Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites cabins amenities and other facilities.
- Assist with building projects repairs renovations mechanical repairs painting basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
- Servicing pool repairs and maintenance as required
- Maintain grounds and gardens
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks
What you will bring:
- Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
- Previous experience with ride on & push mowers pruning hedging landscaping and weed control would be ideal
- Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
- Have an ability to work unsupervised with a hands on work history.
- Be hardworking energetic enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.
Please note this is a physically demanding role.
