Holiday Oil is looking for an in-office Help Desk Technician I to join our IT team! This entry-level role provides frontline technical support to our c-store locations and internal teams. Youll help troubleshoot hardware software network and account-related issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
What youll do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
- Set up user accounts permissions and devices
- Support store operations technology and daily system needs
- Document tickets and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with employee onboarding and technology setup
What you bring:
- 1-2 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Basic knowledge of computers networks and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Utah drivers license and ability to travel to local store locations
