Job Summary
- Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
- Performs general maintenance tasks.
- Performs minor repairs alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
- Should have some experience with electrical plumbing and painting.
Qualifications :
- Prefer 3-5 years experience in a maintenance setting.
