Job Description
Torch Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security Systems Engineer 4 who will support the Army program office as a cyber security engineer supporting the development of cyber security strategy system/subsystem specifications reference/system architectures performance work statement program briefings white papers and other projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the integration of cyber security and ensures compliance with all cyber security statutes and regulations.
- Handles full range of security issues including architectures firewalls electronic data traffic and network access.
- Perform analysis of total system products.
- Integrates new architectural features into existing infrastructures.
- Execute all risk management framework activities.
- Serves as Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).
- Supports internal project office personnel processes and IT cyber security requirements.
- Advises Tech Chief on all cyber security matters/issues/risks.
- Responsible for interfacing with PEO G6 personnel NETCOM Army CIO G6 and other headquarters organizations responsible for cyber security
- Provides engineering recommendations and resolves integration/testing issues.
- Provides cyber security review of all program documentation to ensure compliance with cyber security statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors and Masters Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field with 10 years of experience.
- A current DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience working on aviation programs.
- Knowledge of contract requirements & documents (System Engineering Plans Performance Work Statements etc.).
- Ability to manage complex engineering tasks work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify develop and maintain stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to complete high priority projects under strict time constraints.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to brief leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & eMASS.
- Certifications: CISM ITIL Foundation CCNA Data Center SCRUM Fundamentals.
