Essential Functions:
- Maintains and monitors systems applying updates managing data and reviewing system performance.
- Assists with officer account management including account creation manipulation and deletion.
- Troubleshoots and repairs system hardware such as cameras card readers parking equipment or call box equipment.
- Provides education and training on Security software to the customer.
- Assists with project planning and reporting.
- Maintains accurate customer and system documentation.
Education Requirement:
- Associates Degree required.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of a programming language platform and database application.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of information systems principles and techniques.
Experience:
One year of experience or education in information services required.
