We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Phoenix this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through calls emails and meetings.
Present and promote Sonar Sparks products and services effectively to decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Attend networking events conferences and industry gatherings as required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales business development or a related role.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
